The key is to balance the important things in your life. When you are at work, work and do your best, stay focused. Then leave work and spend quality time with your loved ones, get the right balance. Put your phone down and be with your family.
What do you love doing? Do it! Make time for yourself. This is very important for your mental health. Even if it is something like going to a coffee shop alone and reading the newspaper, set time as often as possible to do just that.
It’s no fun to deprive yourself of food and drink you enjoy, so I advise you to try being healthy 80% of the time, allowing yourself a naughty 20%.
